Questions resellers ask first

What is an SMM panel?
A marketplace of social-media engagement services (followers, likes, views, plays) sourced from third-party providers. You resell them to your own customers at a margin you set.
How soon do orders start?
Start and completion times vary by service, quantity, and current provider load. Where an estimated time is shown on a service it is a general guide rather than a fixed commitment, and actual timing may differ.
Do you offer refill or refund?
Refill and cancellation are available only on services explicitly marked as supporting them, and conditions depend on the upstream provider. Where a refund applies, it is generally credited to the account balance.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes. Markup can be configured as a percent or a fixed amount, applied globally, per service, or per user group, and sub-reseller price lists can be managed separately.
Which payment methods are supported?
At this time, cryptocurrency is the only supported payment method. Additional options may be introduced later and will appear on the add-funds page.
Is there an API?
An SMM-standard API is available (services, add, status, multiStatus, refill, cancel, balance), compatible with common SMM bots and storefront integrations. The key and documentation are in the account area.
